Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

RoxTV has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. Accounts found to violate copyright multiple times may be suspended or permanently terminated, at our sole discretion.
