All purchases made on RoxTV are final. Since our IPTV services are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon activation, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once the service has been initiated.
Digital products, unlike physical goods, cannot be returned or revoked once accessed, which is why we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
Refunds may be considered in rare cases, such as when service credentials are not delivered or the service fails entirely and cannot be restored after working with our support team.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@roxtv.ca within a short window of your purchase. If you’re experiencing a technical issue, we highly recommend contacting our support team for troubleshooting assistance before requesting a refund.
RoxTV.ca may offer short-term trial access for users who want to test compatibility with their devices or network. These trial plans are designed to let you explore our IPTV platform before committing to a longer subscription.
Refunds are not issued for trial packages, test accounts, or short-term access plans, regardless of usage or technical issues caused by third-party devices or internet service providers.
You are free to cancel your IPTV subscription at any time. However, canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Your service will remain active for the remainder of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, account misuse, or policy abuse. Sharing account credentials, initiating chargebacks without contacting us, or attempting to misuse our refund policy may result in permanent suspension of your access without reimbursement.
