At RoxTV, we aim for your complete satisfaction with our IPTV services. This policy clarifies our refund and return guidelines for digital offerings, ensuring transparency and fairness.

1. Refund Policy

Our IPTV services provide immediate digital access upon activation. Due to this, our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the irreversible nature of digital services.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Billing Errors: Full refunds are issued for incorrect charges caused by our error.
  • Unresolved Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical service disruptions that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered. This excludes issues related to your hardware, incompatible devices, or ISP problems.
  • 7-Day Trial Cancellation: You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase. A 20% processing fee will be deducted to cover associated charges. Refunds are not issued for cancellations outside this 7-day window, except for the above cases.

Note: Refunds are not issued for incompatibility if a trial (free or paid) was available and not used.

Requesting a Refund:

  1. First, contact support for troubleshooting.
  2. Email support@roxtv.ca with the subject: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number].”
  3. Include: Your full name, account email, plan and order number, a clear issue description with steps tried, and any relevant screenshots/errors.

We aim to respond to requests within 5 business days.

Processing Refunds:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Posting times vary.

2. Returns Policy (Digital Services)

As RoxTV provides only digital IPTV services, we do not handle physical product returns. For any third-party hardware, please consult the seller’s return policy.

3. Subscription & Cancellations

  • Cancel your subscription anytime via your account.
  • Cancellation stops future billing, but does not refund the current period. Access continues until the cycle ends.

4. Fraud & Policy Integrity

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for suspected fraud, account misuse, or policy abuse. Actions like sharing credentials or initiating chargebacks without contacting us may lead to permanent suspension without reimbursement.
